ALL Virginia Food Service Brokers started trading in the Virginia market January 1, 1986. We offered then, as we offer now, a unique concept to the foodservice broker industry, in that ALL Virginia believes that quality (not quantity) is most important. We believe we can best represent our manufacturers with this approach, as opposed to the misconception in the food service brokerage industry - "the more lines, the better the broker".
As a medium-sized broker in Virginia -- we represent fewer lines than the state's larger firms, while giving our principals the best coverage possible. Careful selection of the right manufacturers to represent allows us to fulfill our philosophy, as we can reach our goals by growing a good line, rather than increasing the number of lines we represent.

Our market is Virginia and West Virginia, with our major shareholders living in and managing all major markets: Tidewater, Richmond and Roanoke/Shenandoah Valley, and West Virginia. We have shown significant growth each year since our inception, and we are committed to reinvesting in quality people, as needed to continue our growth and our desire to be the best. ALL Virginia has brought together a unique combination of people with years of experience in the foodservice business, with backgrounds in all facets of the industry.
Our focus is on the end-user. Many believe this to be old-fashioned; we don't! We believe the operator is the key to our business, and the best way to control our destiny.

Again, we believe that quality, not quantity, is important; that representing quality manufacturers is more important than the number of companies we represent.
